Experienced and qualified Trust professional required to take on a challenging role as Head of Business Development, where you will be responsible for the management and development of new business onboarding in line with growth strategy and risk appetite.  The role holder will drive the achievement of budget and new business targets, through proactive onboarding of new business and the ongoing management and development of existing relationships.  You will also assist the MD and Directors with company management, and the development of BD plans, and will be appointed a Board member.   A minimum of ten years' experience in a similiar role incorporating Business Development is essential, with a strong technical understanding of trust and company business, client administration and BD.  The ability to work accurately and independently under pressure is essential, with strong relationship building skills, a solution driven, innovative and professional approach and a genuine desire to be an integral part of a forward thinking organisation.  We have new opportunities every day, sometimes every hour!
