Complete daily cash office tasks across Foods/Clothing & Home
Support with reporting store takings and other store information
Manage store uniform process in line with brand expectations
Key Responsibilities:
Assist your Line Manager as directed and undertake the duties required to maintain the Cash Office, including the start of the day, input banking, staff discount and end of the day;
Perform accurate and timely consolidation of Store information, investigating and reporting till over/shorts where appropriate;
Perform tasks as directed by the Head of Foods;
Ensure all store teams have colleague uniforms in line with brand expectations;
Probe and drive multichannel performance and performance on a weekly/monthly basis, raising awareness in teams;
Identify risk areas and probe performance to deliver improvements;
Continue to develop a direct and positive working relationship with staff;
Support the store teams and Head of Foods across daily routines;
Reconcile safe and till counts, whilst being able to identify discrepancies through investigation and communication with key stakeholders;
Issue to stores and reconcile lottery sheets;
Reconcile shop floats to the general ledger;
As necessary, work out of the role in order to meet customer and business needs.
