JET is looking for an Executive Officer to lead our team with responsibility for providing strategic and financial leadership across the organisation and lead the development and implementation of the overall business strategy and success. We are looking for an excellent communicator, influencer and a great leader who will ensure the vision of the organisation results in positive outcomes for the individuals who use the service. The role reports to our board of trustees.
We are a charitable trust set up to provide specialist support services for people with a disability and / or long-term health conditions to find and maintain paid employment. We have three main delivery areas: the Employment Service, Acorn Training and Development and our social enterprise Acorn Enterprises. Acorn Enterprises consists of a number of business units, which have the sole purpose of providing employment and an appropriate training environment for people with a disability or long-term health condition.
