Purpose of the role:
The successful candidate will be accountable for a client portfolio of trust, company and/or private office activity and is expected to lead the delivery of the relationships and associated work. The role holder will balance leading the team, developing a growing book of business and delivering the client administration.
Responsibilities:
Providing a quality service to clients
Networking to generate profitable new business from intermediaries and direct from clients
Providing leadership, mentoring, performance management, coaching and direction to the administration teams
Skills required:
Extensive industry experience is required, as well as a broad network within the industry and across a range of intermediaries
The role holder will ideally hold a relevant professional qualification (for example, STEP, ICSA)
