Full Description

Purpose of the role: Our client isseeking a Manager to join their Private Client and Family office Team to runwith the supervision, management and development of a team of Administrators, reporting directly into Senior Management on a varied, fast paced and energetic portfolio of clients. Responsibilities: To have ownership and responsibility for a team of people who administer a portfolio of trusts, foundations and companies Responsibility for the mentoring and training of your team, and ensuring a four-eye principle is applied Personal Development: ensure continual personal & team improvement in technical & commercial awareness Acting as a channel of communication for upward and downward feedback To build relationships with your team, intermediaries, third parties and identified key client contacts so as to be seen as the first point of contact. To identify cross-sell opportunities and services from across the Single Source Solution to our clients Effective management of working capital requirements of the business, including WIP management including recoverability, billing, prompt fee collection, and effective management of staff productivity & utilisation Skills required: Hold a professional qualification recognised by the JFSC Have excellent knowledge and understanding of offshore trust and company administration gained through previous experience in similar organisations Proven knowledge of appropriate Jersey legislation and regulation with the ability to demonstrate both compliance, risk and audit awareness To identify and analyse issues anddevelop solutions
