Full Description

You will be responsible for all aspects of the client service of a portfolio of a group of real estate and private equity funds.

The role will include liaising closely with individual team members in order to ensure timely production of high-quality materials and responses to client queries.

You will assist with continued development of the teams internal controls and policies and procedures. You must embrace change and be able to multitask. 

Your duties will include: 

• Being the principal contact with the Client and the Directors of the relevant boards in relation to all accounting and administrative aspects
• Reviewing and authorisation of payments and assisting with other general administrative matters
• Reviewing of bookkeeping and supporting calculations (e.g. loan interest, accruals, management fees and carried interest etc.)
• Reviewing of drawdowns, distribution and equalisation processes
• Supervising, training and development of individuals reporting into you
• Due diligence on new and existing investors along with other Compliance related matters
• Responsible for the migration/on-boarding of accounting platforms for a selective group of clients and from other service providers

You must have previous experience in a similar role and ideally be fully ICSA, STEP, ACA or ACCA qualified.
