This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Administrator to join the award-winning and fast paced governance services team, with a focus on private equity, to gain exposure to a challenging and complex portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support with the administration of a diverse portfolio of clients

  • Ensuring client expectations are managed and a quality service is delivered at all times 

  • Assisting with client transactions, ensuring adherence to deadlines 

  • Accurately maintaining client information 

Experience and skills required:

  • Either hold a professional qualification or be willing to study towards a qualification such as STEP or ICSA

  • Minimum of 2 years corporate administration experience, ideally with some exposure to private equity

  • Be a competent computer user with particular experience of working with Microsoft applications and specialist industry software such as Viewpoint, Navision, Worksite

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to build trusting relationships with both colleagues and clients
