Our global leading, award-winning client is seeking to recruit a Senior Cloud and Infrastructure Analyst.

The purpose of the role will be to provide business benefits with the enhancement and transformation of cloud technologies and infrastructure services within the group.

You will leverage advancements in technology to adapt and improve the capabilities of the technology systems to meet business requirements and improve the technology experience for both clients and employees.

You will have three to five years' experience working with infrastructure systems and services and have the following skills and experience:

• Advanced systems analysis methods
• Infrastructure system troubleshooting methods
• Be capable of providing excellent customer service
• Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience managing VMWare, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft M365 systems, including Exchange Online, Intune,Teams & Citrix XenApp
• Certification or demonstrable experience in infrastructure and cloud.
