An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Commercial Operations Manager, for Jersey Heritage the Gardien of our Islands story. With our large team contributing to upholding the values of the Trust and the history of the Island, Jersey Heritage is a diverse and vibrant place to work. We understand that our people are key to creating a thriving culture. 

The right candidate will bring commercial experience and the ability to procure, analyse, interpret and report on data. You will identify any risks connected to the commercial activities undertaken by Jersey Heritage to achieve full compliance with relevant legislations and ethical standards. You will ensure that the annual budget and planned activities are running efficiently and safely for the public, volunteers, employees and contractors to ensure that the Heritage experience is the best it can be. You will work closely with the retail, Heritage properties, events, membership and group bookings teams to develop strategies and implement efficiencies identifying areas for improvement and development.
