Commercial Manager. – Two New Full Time Positions Great opportunity to join one of the largest companies in the Channel Islands at an extremely exciting time of growth and development. If you are in the early stage of your management career and looking for rapid career development into a senior role, then we would like to hear from you! The role will be diverse and open up experience of direct P/L responsibility and exposure to the highest levels of management both within the company and in partnership with our many franchise partners. We would envisage an initial period of 6/12 months gaining experience around the business working with our existing Business Unit Heads before assuming direct accountability for a trading division within the business. You will be of degree calibre and have previous experience in any form - Finance, Ops, HR or Buying Bright, articulate, highly numerate and pc literate, excellent communication skills and the aptitude to work within a highly results focused environment and a ‘can do ‘delivery culture.
