Duties include: Company formation and the following associated tasks: Preparation of share certificates, share ledgers, Director and Secretary Registers, Director and Secretary acceptance forms, stock transfer forms, nominee agreements, AGM waiver forms.
It is essential that applicants have previous experience of company secretarial duties, have regulatory knowledge appropriate to Jersey Company Laws as well as hold a level 5 professional qualification.
