The Compliance and Enforcement Manager provides a compliance, investigation and enforcement oversight to ensure compliance with the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018, Data Protection Authority (Jersey) Law 2018 and the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 (“the Laws”) is monitored and maintained.

The postholder leads the Casework and Audit Team and ensures the laws are enforced where necessary and appropriate. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), the postholder represents Compliance and Enforcement matters and supports broader management activities and decisions. We’re the regulator but we’re far from regular. We are a small team with big ambitions and a clear purpose.
