The Compliance and Integrity Team provides administrative and reporting support to the Audit, Tax and Advisory functions with the aim of maximising efficiency, developing new processes and maintaining consistently high standards of quality.​

Job Purpose:

To provide efficient operational support to the Audit, Tax and Advisory functions. This includes but is not limited to, client onboarding processes, assisting the departments in reaching targets by ensuring efficiencies are maintained and implementing new operational processes.​Accountabilities:

  • Undertake client and engagement onboarding and continuance procedures using internal applications to ensure data is correctly updated and completed in-line with deadlines, reporting to the Compliance and Integrity Team Leader
  • Liaise with functional management and leadership as appropriate to complete tasks
  • Maintenance of client database information
  • Perform other administrative tasks as requested by the Compliance and Integrity Lead.
  • Provide cover for other members of the Compliance and Integrity Team and assist with work-loads during peak periods
Candidate Requirements:
  • Minimum GCSE English Grade C and GCSE Maths Grade 4 (or equivalent)
  • Be comfortable working under pressure and to meet deadlines without compromising on quality
  • Adaptability to manage unpredictable workloads and pressures
  • Ability to prioritise and work using own initiative
  • Demonstrable experience in following agreed procedures
  • Experience in an administrative environment with a varied workload would be preferential but is not essential
  • Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of programmes
  • Language requirements – strong spoken, listening and written English
