Full Description

Purpose of the role: To be responsible for all aspects of compliance related administration and client service for the client portfolios assigned in accordance with company policies and procedures. Responsibilities: Review new business acceptance packs and raise necessary queries and bank queries. Arrange for appropriate paperwork to be loaded on to Flying Boat and place on CDD exceptions register to ensure outstanding points are cleared Maintain the CDD Exceptions Register Conduct PEP reviews and maintain the PEP register on a six monthly basis Undertake Google, Worldcheck, KYC360 checks on principals and non-principals on a monthly basis (ensuring both the spreadsheet and Flying Boat are updated). Also for other individuals as and when requested by the Client Service Team Prepare Worldcheck report from Flying Boat information and respond to queries raised in Worldcheck Review completed Annual Reviews and raise queries with the appropriate people where necessary. Arrange sign off by the Compliance Officer Skills required: Relevant professional qualification/studying towards relevant qualification At least 2/3 years Trust and Company experience Understanding of local and international regulatory framework and good working knowledge of KYC and AML procedures Good understanding of Microsoft product Possess good organisational/prioritisation skills
