Experienced Compliance Manager required with strong knowledge in the Funds/MoME sector to join our client where you will take on a hands-on role, accountable for ensuring that the activities of our client's Group Jersey business is conducted in a risk based compliant manner, with an eye to best practice, particularly taking into account Global and Group practices regarding cross border business. Working closely with senior management and the boards, as well as acting as Deputy MLRO/CO/MLCO, this role will also influence key stakeholders in taking a collaborative approach towards building a risk aware and compliant culture pushing forward the risk & compliance strategy and agenda in conjunction with these stakeholders. Applicants must have relevant experience with a proven track record of delivery, excellent knowledge of Jersey legislation and regulation with some experience of UK and EU-wide legislation. You must have the ability to influence and bring about lasting change and demonstrate effective problem-solving skills with the ability to apply these skills at all levels of the organisation, clients and with key stakeholders.
