Great opportunity available for a Senior Compliance professional to join our client and be responsible for ensuring compliance within laws, regulations and regulatory guidance that may affect the Funds service line clients. Supporting the Private Equity department, the successful candidate will act as the MLRO, MLCO and Compliance Officer with both Key Person responsibility on client entities and responsibility for the oversight of client compliance monitoring and client due diligence processes. Applicants must have relevant experience with proven interpersonal and people management skills with the ability to work under pressure. You will hold, working towards or willing to work towards, a relevant compliance-related qualification and there is preference for holding or having held a key person role as defined by the Jersey Financial Services Commission.
