Our Jersey Compliance team are currently seeking applications from suitable candidates to undertake compliance monitoring for Carey Olsen in accordance with the Compliance Monitoring Programme.  The role will report into the Risk & Compliance team and is a great opportunity for individuals hoping to advance their career within Compliance.
The purpose of this role is to:

• Ensure that regulatory and law society requirements are being adhered to
• Determine compliance within internal policy and procedures
• Manage and monitor findings and make recommendations for any remediation required
• Assist in the preparation of monitoring reports and management information
• Provide guidance, advice and support to the wider business
• Support the Compliance Monitoring Manager with the Compliance Monitoring Programme

Experience within a compliance monitoring/audit/risk and compliance role is a necessity and good knowledge of Microsoft applications (particularly excel) is required. Candidates who are working towards or hold the ICA certificate in Anti Money Laundering or Compliance (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential. Financial support towards this qualification may be provided for the successful candidate if not already completed.  This is a full time role working 37.5 hours a week.
