Compliance Officer, MLRO, MLCO Funds

This is a fantastic opportunity to join this fast growing global financial services provider. Forming part of an existing friendly team, you will play a key part in the growth of the business and ensuring it continues to remain compliant with all applicable rules, regulations and guidance.

You will be given responsibility for ensuring that your portfolio of clients have robust and comprehensive systems and controls in place, as well as;

• Acting as CO, MLRO and MLCO
• Management of SARs
• Maintenance of various registers
• Provision of compliance support and guidance
• Embedding a culture of compliance throughout the business
• Provision of Management Information
• Maintenance of relevant policies and procedures
• Mapping relevant changes to regulations etc
• Undertaking Compliance Monitoring
• Supporting the Head of Compliance
• Provision of AML/CFT training where necessary

Skills and Experience

• A relevant professional qualification
• Previous experience of holding Key Person roles
• Excellent people management skills
• Organised with good time management skills
• An excellent level of risk awareness
• Good knowledge of the requirements of AML/CFT legislation and Codes
