Exciting opportunity available for a Senior Compliance professional with at least 7 years' experience involved in risk and regulation and a full understanding of local funds & co. legislation and regulatory requirements to join our client and fulfil the role of CO, MLCO and MLRO for all their Jersey regulated clients. In this position, the successful candidate will ensure continued compliance with the legislative requirements with proactive maintenance of the regulated clients’ policy & process framework whilst also conducting clients’ compliance monitoring plans. Along with relevant experience, applicants must be suitably qualified with proven initiative and capability in supporting senior leaders.
