12 month Fixed Term Contract5 years Jersey residency required We are a global company at the forefront of technological innovation and offer many exciting employment opportunities across the Channel Islands and around the world.  JT is actively seeking creative, innovative, team-oriented, agile and talented individuals who are passionate about our brand and its ongoing mission to become the partner of choice for global telecoms innovation. We currently have a 12 month fixed term opportunity for a Contact Centre Call Agent within our busy Jersey Contact Centre.This role is responsible for providing call centre support investigating and resolving fixed line faults, escalating to engineers where necessary.
