Full Description

The primary focus of the role will be:

  • Manage CDD remediation team responsible for reviewing all Standard Risk Customers & Investors
  • Ensure the remediation team achieves the timely completion of CDD reviews.
  • Review and sign off all Customer remediation reviews completed to validate accuracy.
  • Ensure Customer and Investor identification and verification information held is accurate and up to date.
  • Ensure the remediation CDD teams follow set Policy and Procedure.
  • Ensure the remediation CDD teams lead on Client/Investor liaison to obtain required Customer Due Diligence.
  • Deliver accurate and consistent MI on a weekly basis to management.
  • Lead on training and development within the CDD remediation team to ensure team members maintain excellent
  • ongoing excellent awareness of regulatory and internal requirements relating to Customer Due Diligence.
  • Promote a think risk culture within the CDD remediation teams, for example in terms of the CDD risk based approach and separately the submission of internal suspicious activity reports to the MLRO.
  • Foster a positive working relationships across teams.
