The Integrated Technology Solution (ITS Programme ) is a significant transformational programme that is being delivered by a blend of external third-party providers and the GOJ Intelligent Client Function. Two principal external providers have been appointed: The Delivery Partner, responsible for delivering the ITS which includes :- business change, IT and solution software and the Programme Partner which forms part of the Intelligent Client Function, and is responsible for providing Project Management services and the Programme Management Office.
Working to the Head of Procurement and Contract Management (ITS) this role will form interface between GOJ and all third-party contracting entities providing services to the ITS Programme and those third party entities whose contracts impacted by the ITS programme.
The post holder will be responsible for the day to day management and administration of ITS contracts and supplier relationships from a commercial and procurement perspective to control risk, ensure supplier delivery, maintain performance standards, and assure that value for money is sustained over the term of the contracts.
