This is a customer
focused role requiring a highly competent support technician with recognised
expertise in complex areas of maintenance, support and installation of a wide
range of enterprise and non enterprise IT infrastructure hardware and
monitoring systems.
This role will also be required to support the delivery of
projects and deal with challenging internal service demands and those with more
complex requirements with minimal assistance or on own initiative.
The
successful candidate must be able to deal with unpredictable situations and
contribute to their solution.
