A leading retail company is looking for a Customer care Team Leader in Jersey.A customer care team Leader is responsible for delivering a high quality of customer service, by wowing customers face to face or by social media.Ability to solve customer queries and problems efficiently and quickly in a professional manner.To assist management team with tasks such delivering training, updating rotas, managing holidays and shift changes.Ensure that team members know they KPIs and they daily duties.Assisting on daily, weekly and monthly reports to show the teams there performances and to work together a strategic plan for targets to reached.Demonstrate great leadership and excellent mentor to team.Do you have 5 years experience in retail? or at least a background in customer service is a distinct advantage.Do you have accurate, concise written and verbal skills.Are able to work with MS Office, Knowledge of Zendesk, Social MediaApplicants must also have a strong work ethic and the ability to work under pressure.5 years residency required for this role.For any other information on this particular role please contact Claudia Marques on 01534753013 or email claudia.marques@ap-personnel.com
