JT is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to join our lively Service Operations team on a permanent contract in Jersey. This role is a terrific opportunity to join a global business and supportive, friendly team. 

We believe that customer support is more than just answering questions - our customer contact centre is the heart of our business, and you’ll love this role if you get your kicks by helping others. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems and crafting long term customer relationships. Full training will be provided, so this is the perfect role for someone looking for the first or next step in their career. If you are passionate about delivering excellent customer experience, excited about technology and joining a successful driven team, then this could be the role for you. 

Please note that this role requires a minimum of 5 years residency.

You will often be the first contact a customer has with JT and you will be empowered to make decisions in dealing with customer issues and providing excellent customer service.
