AP Executivehttps://www.ap-executive.com/An international corporate services company based in Jersey is immediately recruiting for a Deputy Compliance Officer for their Trust and Funds departmentReporting to the Group Head of Compliance, the main duties are amending and updating systems and controls, policies and procedures relating to funds services.Reviewing potential new trust and new funds business ensuring all company regulations and laws are checked and monitored.You will also be required to implement a compliance monitoring programme and risk management system for clients.To be suitable for this role you will need to have gained 5 years plus experience in a compliance related role in the financial services sector, preferably in a Trust company and Fund Services.Relevant professional Category B by the JFSC.Hold a relevant professional qualification like the ICA Diploma in Compliance.
