In line with our 5-year Digital Transformation strategic targets, we’re looking for people to come onboard in both our Jersey and Guernsey stores to support us on this journey. Within this role, you will facilitate all related administrative tasks to process consumer online orders, handling customer queries from pre-sale through to completion and delivery.
You will also play a key role in maximizing online sales opportunities, representing JT and being the first-point of contact for our customers online. To succeed in this role, you should have a customer-first mentality and a drive to put our customers’ needs at the heart of all that you do.
