Full Description

Our client is looking for a Director to join their Corporate team, taking responsibility for the provision of services to a high-quality corporate client base and performance of the Business Unit, whilst working with the senior management team to drive the vision, mission and values of the business. 

Key Result Areas

• Take responsibility for the operational and financial performance of your business unit
• Promoting the activities of the business and supporting colleagues and other business units
• Develop and uphold a positive, strong, commercial and compliant culture within your business unit and the business as a whole
• Provide excellent levels of client service in line with our clients standards, procedures and guidelines
• Contribute to the overall strategy, structure and prosperity of your business unit
• Take responsibility for staff resourcing, retention and development in your unit
• Act as the highest authority on technical client specific matters
• To uphold and act at all times in accordance with our clientsvalues, as set out above

Candidates should hold a recognised Professional Qualification e.g. Accountancy, Chartered Secretary, Chartered Surveyor, Banking, Securities or other relevant Table 4 qualification
