Brighter Futures Family Outreach Worker We are looking to recruit a family outreach worker to join our team. 
Are you:

Do you have experience working with families building effective relationships? Do you have excellent time management and organisational skills? Have transport to enable you to visit clients in their own homes? You will need to be professional at all times, non-judgemental, a team player and be able to work in a complementary role with other professionals. If so, this might be the role for you.
