As the file review manager you will ensure consistent standards of file reviews are applied across all service lines for the business. You will also be responsibilities for the maintenance and development of an effective business review function and will attend meetings and events as required.
Performance of client file reviews in accordance with procedure and ensuring active monitoring and follow up across all business areas
Supporting Compliance in the development of monitoring plans, the collation of management information to support those plans and the implementation of compliance monitoring-specific review topics
Managing the File Review team to: deliver matter reviews in accordance with the annual plan agreed with senior management
Managing the File Review team to: set objectives, undertake appraisals, manage absence, and participate in the bonus and salary setting processes, as required by senior management
Candidates should be effective communicators with strong relationship management skills and hold at least diploma level of ICSA/STEP.
