Our client is seeking a Finance Manager to join their team on a temporary basis, until the end of June 2019, to manage the finance function of the organisation, ensuring that all financial strategies, policies and procedures are compliant with their objectives, statutory requirements and best practice, and maintaining the highest standards of corporate governance. You will also oversee the fulfilment of financial duties by other managers with regards to the preparation and monitoring of budgets, financial models and business cases, and leading on corporate reporting and strategic planning. The successful candidate will have a wide range and level of financial expertise, consistent with having at least 5 years previous experience working in financial management, budget preparation and monitoring, preferably within a government organisation.
