We are looking to recruit a Front of House Manager for our busy town centre
3-star hotel.
A fast-paced, satisfying role that requires excellent verbal and
written communication skills, the ability to multitask, and good organisation
skills. The successful candidate will assume responsibility for all aspects of
the hotels reservations as well as managing the reception team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in
hospitality, or will be able to demonstrate transferrable skills from their
current sector. The position holder will need to be personable, articulate and
demonstrate exceptional customer service. Knowledge of Protel would be
advantageous, but full training will be provided.
