AP Executive Executive are pleased to assist a leading international offshore law firm in seeking a highly experienced HR Manager for its global operations. The role is to lead and drive diversity and inclusivity in the global operations, primarily in the offshore arena.To be suitable for this role you should possess a strong sense of the need for D & I generally and be able to promote and lead this in the organisations global aspirations. Be a professionally qualified HR practitioner.Working with operational heads to deliver training and awareness in the understanding of D & I. Assist the business development and marketing team in creating branding initiatives. Collaborate with clients and organisations also championing D & I causes.It is essential to have proven leadership skills with the ability to promote change and awareness with senior stakeholders.This is a highly interesting and challenging opportunity for which a minimum of 7 years experience in a similar fast paced HR role with D & I as part of the main theme.
