Package- Circa £26,500 + 24 Days Holiday + Pension Scheme + Performance Bonus / Commission Scheme + Private Health + Dental Package + Death in Service + 24/7 role + 5 years residency required

Then this 24/7 shift based vacancy could be the perfect role for you! Reporting to Ed Williamson , Global Service Desk Supervisor, this role is responsible for receiving, categorising, logging and retaining ownership of our CI and global customer service incidents and service requests.  The role is also responsible for managing and monitoring the service requests while ensuring they are passed on to the relevant resolving group.  The role also acts as a contact point for our CI Global customers 24/7, raising incidents, dealing with customer queries all while making sure that SLA’s are adhered to and that high levels of customer service are maintained. We are a global company at the forefront of technological innovation and offer many exciting employment opportunities across the Channel Islands and around the world.  JT is actively seeking creative, innovative, team-oriented, agile and talented individuals who are passionate about our brand and its ongoing missionto become the partner of choice for global telecoms innovation.

Essential Experience, Skills &Qualifications
  • Experience in front line customer services or contact centre operations within the IT Services or Telco industries
  • Client communication skills and experience in managing expectations in relation to faults, problems / incidents
Desired Experience, Skills & Qualifications
  • A basic understanding of IT & Networking communications Voice, Mobile and Data technology areas is desirable
  • An understanding of office computer software i.e. word processing and spreadsheet applications.
