Viberts is a full-service law firm which is dedicated to providing outstanding legal advice and customer service. We are looking to recruit a Head of Business Development and Marketing, who will assist and support the Partners in the creation and delivery of a strategy which will successfully reinforce and grow Viberts’ client base and position in its market.

The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of this strategy which will support both the firm’s overall objectives as well as those of each practice area.

This is a varied role which will require the successful candidate to demonstrate both high-level strategic thinking as well as a hands-on approach to delivery.

The successful candidate will:

Be responsible for the creation and delivery of the firm’s Business Development and Marketing Strategy, ensuring that it aligns to both the objectives of the firm and individual practice areas and has the buy-in and endorsement of all key stakeholders.
Be responsible for positioning the firm’s brand, image, products and staff via PR, advertising, social media and other channels ensuring optimal coverage within our markets.
By taking a leadership role, develop the knowledge and engagement of stakeholders in Business Development and marketing processes, driving positive behaviours and contributions to ensure objectives are met.
Be a professional, credible and confident communicator with strong influencing skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the firm.
Identify new clients, markets and products which could enable the growth of the firm and develop plans to target these effectively.
Be responsible for proposing and managing the annual marketing budget and all managing all relationships with external suppliers.
Be responsible for the firm’s creative process from brief through to delivery.
Demonstrate strong project management and organisational skills to be able to deliver multiple projects in parallel.
