Dependent on role / experience up to c. 85k for the right individual although more junior candidates stepping up will be considered.We are delighted to be representing a unique, boutique provider of fiduciary services who have recently started in Jersey. They are looking for an exceptional TC&B compliance professional to join their business as the first compliance hire. To date, compliance responsibilities have been managed by the Directors & consultants.Following a period of significant growth they are looking to hire a SM/AD/Manager level compliance individual who is keen to create their compliance function.As the first compliance hire you will be responsible for reviewing & re-writing all compliance procedures, taking on key person regulatory roles, being the face of the business to the JFSC and working alongside the Directors to ensure that all business is written in compliance with Jersey law.You will be joining a small team of ambitious, hard working and hungry professionals who have excelled to get the business to this point. You will have a relevant compliance focussed qualification (ICA or similar) an entrepreneurial spirit, a detailed understanding of TC&B regulations and the ability to influence stakeholders across the board.In addition to the TC&B licence, this business also operated in the IB sphere so some experience in this field would be beneficial although not essential.If you are a Compliance professional with experience in TC&B, who is looking for a senior position in an exciting new fiduciary business wed love to hear from you.
