To assist the Group build a sustainable framework that places Compliance best practice standards and culture of appropriate conduct at the forefront of the Group's agenda.
Reporting to the CEO and Global Head, Conduct Financial Crime and Compliance.
Requirements:

• You will be very experienced, with a relevant qualification
• Strong management and team leader skills
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Able to work on own initiative
• Experience of working within a matrix and multi-location business
