HR Admin Support - FTC (6 month contract) - Jersey

Our client, a leading fiduciary and funds service provider are looking for the ideal person to provide them with support for six months in their HR team. Educated to an Alevel standard and preferably having completed your CIPD Level 3 they you will part of a wider team providing support and procedural guidance on a range of administration projects on behalf of the Director. Part of this role will be to co-ordinate interviews and arrange packs ensuring that the relevant packs are presented to the hiring managers, co-ordinating applications and liaising with various third party providers.You will be required to maintain the HR database ensuring that any statutory changes are recorded accurately as well as ensuring that the monthly payroll report is completed in a timely. In addition, you will be required to have excellent attention to detail, together with maintaining a high level of confidentiality, excellent interpersonal and customer facing skills and strong communication both written and verbal.Previous experience within a similar role would be a distinct advantage.If you feel that you would be the ideal fit and are well as being registered as entitled to work in Jersey.
