Your
new role
The
HR Administrator will report to the HR Director and act as the first port of
call for all HR-related queries. As the HR Administrator, you will be responsible
for the delivery of a full range of HR administrative services and play a vital
role in developing well-being initiatives, events and employee engagement. You
will use your organisational skills to maintain the internal HR systems and the
Company website in relation to employee profiles.
What you’ll need to
succeed
To
succeed in this role, you will need experience of working in an HR setting and possess
excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office. You will ideally possess a relevant HR
qualification such as CIPD. It is essential you can communicate confidently and
have the initiative to make improvements and changes to internal processes or
documentation. You should possess a solid understanding of and ensure
compliance with local and up-to-date Employment Law, as well as best practice
in relation to the Company policies and procedures. The ability to work as part
of a team and the ambition to make a difference will make you the ideal
candidate for this role.
