Our client is looking for an HR Administrator on a 6 to 8 months temporary basis to provide generalist human resources support across the group with an emphasis on recruitment Requirements: Practical HR experience within a financial services business at HR Administrator/Officer level Relevant professional qualification, Institute of Personnel and Development Certificate in Personnel Practice or equivalent preferred but not essential Understanding of local employment legislation and its practical application in a commercial financial services business Strong communication and interpersonal skills Awareness of industry best practice on recruitment Sound numeracy and data entry skills, attention to detail and accuracy Advanced user of MS Office products Proven ability to quickly learn new information, processes and procedures Proven ability to meet deadlines and identify and deal with problems Travel to other jurisdictional offices may be required For further details please contact us on 758400 Candidates must be classified as Entitled or Entitled for Work under the Jersey Control of Housing and Work law
