Full Description
Our client, a highly established and fast-paced Fiduciary Services business, is seeking an enthusiastic and self motivated HR Administrator to assist their busy department with all aspects of HR. Providing an overall support function, responsibilities will include but are not limited to overseeing the HR inbox, drafting letters, assisting with payroll and HR reporting, amongst other tasks.
An exciting and varied role which requires excellent communication skills along with the ability to deal with various tasks simultaneously.The successful applicant will need a minimum of 18 months' experience in a similar role, ideally within financial services, with the ability to work well under pressure and prioritise in a busy environment. Candidates must have a confident and organised approach and be able to act with discretion with the ability to handle confidential matters sensitively.
