Do you love all things HR based? Are you able to build relationships with key stakeholders across the company and enable improved organisational performance through focused HR solutions? Are you the right person to act as a business partner for our Commercial business units based in the Channel Islands and our global locations? Then this could be the perfect role for you! Reporting to the Group HR Director, this role will act as a business partner to the Commercial Business Units based in the Channel Islands and our Global locations.  The role will also partner with our business leaders to help them build their organisations and make sure all people decisions are based on our Strategic plan by providing personalised coaching to our business leaders on how to lead their teams and foster a culture of innovation.  Acting as an ambassador for our overall Group HR function internally and externally the role will also deliver broad HR consultancy services, such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, pay & reward, business change, Learning & Development, coaching, strategic HR MI, talent management and succession planning.  In addition the role will work with identified stakeholders to deliver HR value, build and manage constructive relationships with both internal and external customers all while delivering a full lifecycle of recruitment activities across the business.

Essential Experience, Skills &Qualifications
  • CIPD qualified with a career path to MCIPD in due course
  • Hands-on HR generalist experience
  • Hands-on Recruitment & Selection working experience
  • Experience working with senior leaders
Desired Experience, Skills & Qualifications
  • Degree (industry equivalent / relevant) desirable
  • Psychometric testing qualification up to Level B desirable
  • Business / Operational experience outside the HR function
