Fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take responsibility for a broad-ranging senior role covering business partnering, employee relations, process and policy matters, data, permanent and operational risk control, and reporting.  The successful candidate will provide support and advice to managers and employees across the business, ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to, that company reputation remains high, and that first class opportunities are provided for cross-training and skills development.  Applicants will need strong technical knowledge across HR practice, ideally supported by a relevant professional qualification and proven experience. You'll need a personable approach, with the ability to deal with people at all levels, building rapport and strong relationships.
