HRP Implementation Project Manager will perform stakeholder & project governance management both externally and internally, communicating with both client stakeholders and TMF stakeholders.
S/He will create, maintain and deliver the required project outputs to satisfy the correct tracking of the project and updates towards clients. The HRP Implementation Project Manager will report directly to the Head of HRP Implementations.
Background in HR & Payroll, understanding from a generalists' perspective how Payrolls are set up, structure, dependencies, outputs and timelines;
3+ years of experience within HR & Payroll;
5 years of Project Management experience;
Excellent knowledge of English language is mandatory (any other additional language will be considered as an advantage);
Project Management certification is a plus;
Experience working with middleware solutions is a plus;
