Beaulieu Convent School is looking for an HR Administrator to join our busy team. Reporting to the Head of HR, the Human Resources Administrator
will provide a comprehensive and confidential administrative service in a range
of general HR administration duties, including payroll. They will ensure that
the administrative services of this function adheres to all current
legislation, best-practice and internal policies and procedures.
role requires strong administration skills, attention to detail, and the
ability to process payroll. To be successful, you will need to multi-task
effectively and use your initiative to thrive in a team-orientated environment.
Previous experience working in HR is beneficial but not essential.
