Our client is seeking a Human Resources Officer to join their Human Resources team and provide comprehensive Human Resources support. This role involves working closely with the business to deliver Human Resources advice and solutions, as well as ensuring smooth Human Resources processes, from recruitment to employee onboarding. The successful candidate will build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, acting as a reliable point of contact for Human Resources-related queries. Click here to read more Job Duties: Provide Human Resources support and advice to the business, acting as an advisor on Human Resources matters. Assist in recruitment processes, coordinating with agencies and conducting interviews. Conduct first-day induction training for new employees. Manage administration of onboarding and offboarding procedures for employees. Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders and external suppliers. Support Human Resources administrators with problem-solving, understanding policies, and suggesting effective actions across Human Resources areas. Job Requirements: Up to two years of experience within Human Resources. Experience with Human Resources databases or payroll software. Advanced IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Interest in attending Human Resources training and seminars to expand industry knowledge. Strong interpersonal and service skills, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. High level of numeracy and literacy.
