Roles and Responsibilities
General administration - client on-boarding,
process management, record keeping and compliance.
Office management - facilities, hardware and
software, suppliers and maintenance.
Group co-ordination – liaising and co-ordinating
international offices to ensure smooth and efficient process and communication.
Ad hoc – support the running of the business and
other projects as required.
Marketing administration – maintaining Jersey-based
marking endeavours.
Mortgage administration – helping brokers manage
their administration.
Contract Type
Initial rolling monthly contract based on hours worked (employed
or consultant).
Subject to performance and business needs, conversion to a
full time employed contract in September 2020.
Salary
Up to £25k per annum depending on experience (part time /
flexible hours available on a pro-rata basis).
Start Date
As soon as possible.
