6 month Fixed-Term Contract - International Division 
5 years residency required
Have you got a head for numbers? Hungry to learn and looking to build commercial experience? Do you enjoy working in challenging and rewarding environment? If yes, then this could be the perfect role for you! No previous pricing/telecom experience is necessary! Based in Jersey and reporting to the Pricing and Trading Manager, this role will be intrinsic to driving margin improvement across our products set and pricing support for all bids and commercial projects.
Top 3 areas of focus - Commercial Support

1. Ongoing requests & queries from sales team around pricing, billing & value proposition for all international products
2. Update rate cards for portfolio customers as mandated – own mailboxes
3. Updating the coverage map on monthly basis with roaming inputs
4. Manage customer notifications from product side

 Pricing Governance

1. Work with Pricing Manager to define new business procedures and maintenance of pricing system
2. Ensuring market trends are tracked and our pricing strategies as defined are consistently applied

 Reporting

1. Work closely with Data Analyst to build reporting functionality to monitor & analyse customer KPIs
2. Support the product & wider international team on ad-hoc data requests and management reporting

Essential Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
• Previous Experience working in a busy commercial environment would be beneficial.
• Must be able to demonstrate good time management and prioritisation, with the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are required, including demonstration of good stakeholder management
• Effective communication at all levels of the organisation.
• Previous experience working analytically with varying data including but not limed to rates and prices.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required, including data analysis.
