Great new vacancy for a highly focused individual with strong customer service skills to provide a point of contact for clients within a busy IT support firm, liaising between the clients, engineers and internal staff.  General duties will involve answering telephones, responding to emails, logging, allocating, chasing, updating and closing calls, chasing time sheets and missing time, scheduling workloads, updating clients, producing various statistics and invoicing.  Applicants should have a minimum of two years experience in a similar role, strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task and think on your feet in a busy, time-pressured environment.
