We have a great opportunity for an IT Service Desk Administrator, working for an international provider of trust and fund administration services. In this role, you would be responsible for assisting the team managers in running the team structures on a day to day basis, with responsibilities that would include: helpdesk co-ordination, incident management and monitoring daily checks.




  • 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange and Citrix is essential
